How often do you process with withdrawals?

Modified on Fri, 23 Aug at 1:55 PM

At UPC, we aim to process withdrawals efficiently to ensure you receive your funds as quickly as possible. Here's what you need to know about our withdrawal processing:

  1. Daily Processing:
    • Withdrawals are processed once per day
    • The processing time is set at 1PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

  2. Consistency:
    • This daily processing occurs every business day, providing a regular schedule for our customers

  3. Bank Transfer Times:
    • After processing, Bank Transfers may take 1-3 business days to reach your nominated bank account
    • This timeframe depends on your bank's own processing times

  4. Weekends and Holidays:
    • While withdrawals are queued on weekends and public holidays, they are typically processed on the next business day

  5. Cut-off Time:
    • Withdrawal requests made after 1PM AEST will be included in the next day's processing batch

Important Notes:

  • Ensure your bank details are correct to avoid delays
  • Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days

By processing withdrawals daily, we strive to provide you with quick access to your funds while maintaining the security and integrity of our financial systems.
