How do I permanently self-exclude my UPC account?

Should you wish to permanently quit gambling – you are able to voluntarily and permanently self-exclude yourself from UPC.

To permanently close your UPC account, please follow the below steps:-

App:

1. Navigate to the "More" tab, found in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
2. Open the "My Account/ Settings" section 
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Go to betstop.gov.au" and complete the process with BetStop

Website:

1. Navigate to the footer at the bottom of the screen.
2. Click on www.betstop.gov.au and follow the prompts on the BetStop website
