In Showdown, race abandonments can affect payouts. Here's what you need to know:
- Front Half Completion Requirement
- At least two-thirds (2/3) of Eligible Races in the Front Half must be completed
- These races must be officially declared by race stewards
- Front Half Payout Conditions
- If the minimum requirement is met, Front Half Payouts will occur
- Payouts are distributed according to the established Prize Table
- Insufficient Completed Races
- If fewer than two-thirds (2/3) eligible races in the Front Half are completed
- No Front Half Payouts will be made
- However, all Entries in the Showdown remain valid for the full competition
Remember, even if some legs are abandoned and Front Half Payouts can't occur, your Showdown entry remains active. You're still in the running for the main prizes based on the completed races.
Stay informed about race statuses and how they might affect your Showdown experience. Abandonments are part of racing, but they don't have to end your chances in the competition!
